BTS‘s Jungkook accidentally revealed his personal TikTok account on August 1 when he shared a video of ENHYPEN‘s Jay and Jungwon participating in the “Seven” dance challenge on Weverse. After clicking on it, the video prompted TikTok users to select whether they wanted to “Join Ian on TikTok,” the secret was out, and Jungkook, AKA Ian, was unmasked.
With his TikTok followers rapidly increasing, Jungkook realized what had happened and rolled with the unexpected situation, leaving his TikTok account public. Since then, ARMYs have enjoyed the BTS making daily TikTok antics. Although he has only posted one TikTok video featuring SEVENTEEN‘s Mingyu, fans have been entertained by Jungkook’s TikTok activities in other ways, including his likes and comments.
Jungkook has been keeping up with many BTS and ARMY K-Pop trends and frequently ineracts with covers of his solo song “Seven,” much to fans’ delight. He’s also frequently interacted with videos featuring or recreating his dance meme, which went viral after his episode of Suga‘s Suchwita.
ARMYs have showcased their endless creativity with the Jungkook dance trend, and many have caught the attention of the BTS member himself, including these edits Jungkook has personally liked on TikTok. Jungkook’s most recent like on TikTok again involved the hilarious dance trend, but this time BTS’s Jin joined Jungkook in the fan edit.
A clip of BTS’s Jin on stage was used, where he seemed to stomp on a bug. In the fan edit, the original poster (OP) hilariously edited in Jungkook to replace the bug. Jungkook didn’t just like TikTok, but he commented too, jokingly calling out his “Jin hyung” for his “really mean” (fake) action.
This isn’t the first time Jungkook has earned attention for his unexpected TikTok activity. Check out another time in the article below!
