Dua Lipa takes time out of her tour to have fun in the sun. This week, the singer started her Future Nostalgia tour in Miami. When she had some free time, she went outside to soak up some sun. Dua takes a middle-of-the-road approach to health. She told Urban List, “Whenever I can, I try to stay as healthy as possible.” “I never stop myself from eating treats, and I love bad ones. But I try to only eat them on days when I’m not as busy, because if I do eat one, it usually puts me to sleep!”
Dua eats healthy food because she makes it herself. “I love cooking and being surrounded by my favorite people, though I also love ordering from the fantastic restaurants in my area,” Dua explained in an essay for Refinery29 during the pandemic. “With all the running around I do for work, it’s nice to come home, slow down, and connect with the food that feeds my body and soul.”

Dua likes to work out with other people. She told Vogue, “When I wake up, my friends and I will set up a FaceTime date and work out together.” “It almost seems like we’re all doing it at the same time and in the same place. That gives things a little more normalcy and makes things easier in some ways.”
Dua likes to work out in short, intense bursts. She told Vogue that she does mountain climbers, jumping jacks, and burpees for 15 minutes at a time. She said, “It’s high-intensity interval training, but it goes by so fast that it’s over before it even begins.” “I’m still trying to figure out what my limits are, how far I can go, and when I need to take a break.”

“In my spare time, I love to box. I like to do it to stay in shape and to get my mind off of things. I like it a lot. I like that it really works out my whole body.
